As a Cruise Booking Agent, you’ll work directly with clients to design and book dream cruise vacations. From luxury voyages to family-friendly adventures, you’ll help travelers choose the perfect itinerary, accommodations, and activities—while delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way. • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and recommend the best cruise options
• Book cruise packages, including staterooms, dining, excursions, and travel insurance
• Provide expert knowledge on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and promotions
• Create customized itineraries and travel quotes
• Market travel services to attract new clients
• Maintain relationships with repeat travelers and deliver top-tier customer service
