Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Document customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Other Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint. Job offers contingent on results.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (note: some locations exempt, such as Canada).
