As a Customer Support Rep you'll:
- Provide concierge‑style service to the Cross Fit community, cultivating lifetime loyalty to the brand by fielding inquiry emails;
- Resolve (or escalate) customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback quickly and efficiently;
- Serve as the conduit from the Cross Fit Games to the public and participants (athletes) who have questions or need information;
- Provide backend support for all virtual and in‑person Cross Fit Games competitions;
