Overview
Join one of the world’s largest hotel call centers in Arizona. This is a permanent work‑from‑home opportunity for residents of Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area.
Job Functions- Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
- Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
- Handle all general questions or inquiries.
All equipment is provided by the client. A high‑speed internet connection is required. The client contributes $50 monthly toward internet costs.
Pay$17.00 per hour, $18.70 for hours after 6:00 pm. Users can earn $200–400 extra per month by meeting performance goals.
ShiftApplicants must be able to work any 8‑hour shift Monday‑Sunday among the following ranges:
- AM Shift – 4:00 am – 4:30 pm (8 hrs within window)
- MID Shift – 8:30 am – 8:30 pm (8 hrs within window)
- PM Shift – 12:30 pm – 12:00 am (8 hrs within window)
- Weekend availability required.

This is a contract‑to‑hire position based in Cave Creek, AZ, but it is fully remote.
