Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Virtual Guest Experience Coordinator to help clients plan and coordinate memorable travel experiences. In this remote role, you will assist travelers with selecting destinations, organizing itineraries, and managing reservations to ensure their trips run smoothly from start to finish.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, have strong communication skills, and take pride in helping others create unforgettable vacations. You will work with clients to understand their travel goals while providing helpful guidance and personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with planning leisure and business travel arrangements
  • Identify client preferences such as travel dates, budgets, and destination interests
  • Create customized vacation packages, tours, and excursions
  • Research travel options including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Calculate travel costs and present itinerary options to clients
  • Secure reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
  • Provide clients with helpful travel information, including documentation requirements such as passports or visas
  • Offer guidance on destinations, local attractions, customs, and weather conditions
  • Handle itinerary changes and coordinate alternative arrangements when necessary
  • Maintain organized client files and travel documentation
