Venture Smarter is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Admin to support our customer service operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting customers through email or chat, organizing records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day support processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support tickets
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and administrative support
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Prepare reports and summaries as needed
- Support the customer service team in delivering excellent service
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Experience in admin, customer service, or support roles (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Proficient with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
$550 $ 900 USD per month
