Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Post Falls, , with opportunities for partial/full remote work. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, driving customer retention, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include acting as a primary point of contact for customers, analyzing feedback to improve software a s services, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and expectations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in energy industry - electrical utilities, contractors, or infrastructure construction
  • Skills ot experience or customer service to address client needs effectively ans enhance their overall experience
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to analyze feedback, track metrics, and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term customer loyalty
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or in the electrical safety industry is a plus
