Amazon is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our award-winning Customer Service team as Virtual Customer Support Associates. This seasonal, work-from-home role is based in Telangana, India, offering you the flexibility to work remotely while delivering exceptional service to customers worldwide.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Associate at Amazon, your primary mission is to prevent issues, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing order, product, payment, and website-related inquiries.
- Using various tools to research, navigate, and resolve customer issues.
- Communicating clearly and professionally to deliver outstanding support.
You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with variable shifts including early mornings, late nights, overnight, weekends, and national holidays. Operating hours are between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Sunday to Monday.
