Since 2015, we have partnered with school districts, juvenile justice systems, and community agencies to strengthen academic continuity and support successful transitions back into education.

Our services include academic tutoring, credit recovery, GED preparation, executive functioning development, and detention to community transition support. We are committed to collaborative, system‑aligned solutions that promote long term success and meaningful outcomes for the youth we serve.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail‑oriented Remote Customer Support Representative to assist students, parents, and internal teams. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, provide information about tutoring programs, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and chat inquiries from students and parents
  • Provide accurate information about tutoring programs, schedules, and services
  • Assist with onboarding new students and maintaining student records
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain logs and documentation of student interactions
  • Collaborate with administrative and academic teams to improve service quality
  • Help resolve student or parent concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools, CRM software, or helpdesk systems
