Position: Customer Complaints Team Lead - Hybrid Role
A leading water services provider is seeking a Customer Complaints Team Leader in Rothwell, UK. You'll manage a team focused on recovering customer issues and delivering exceptional service. This full-time role involves working 37 hours weekly, with a hybrid working arrangement as the office transitions.
