Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and timelines
- Research and recommend vacation packages and travel options
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, tours, and special experiences
- Present pricing and secure confirmed reservations
- Provide destination insights and travel documentation guidance
- Manage itinerary updates and resolve changes when needed
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up communication
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
