• Support clients in planning and booking vacations including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
• Provide helpful destination recommendations and travel advice based on client preferences
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
• Develop positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Stay up to date with travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments with travel partners
• Maintain accurate records of client information and booking details

• Interest in travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
