This position handles the Account services inquiries via telephone or email correspondence. Increasing and maintaining high customer satisfaction key in this role. You will also be scheduling and processing of delinquent customer payments so accuracy and attention to detail are attributes we are looking for.

• Perform inbound and outbound calls
• Educate and build rapport with customers

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Cheerful attitude
• Ability to learn new skills
• Generally computer savvy

  Monday Friday from 7:00 am 6:00 pm and rotating every other Saturday 8:00 am 2:00 pm.
