Remote Collections Specialist

• Starting salary of $17.00 per hour, reaching up to $20.00 per hour after 180 days of employment

• Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
• Address general billing inquiries and resolve account issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements and obtain payments from customers
• Direct customers to the appropriate team for issues beyond the collections role
• Maintain compliance with standards and meet monthly performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first‑party collections (non‑A/R)
• Customer service experience in a remote setting
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and screens
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with financial and credit card collections
• Ability to multitask effectively with various computer programs
• Familiarity with basic typing and math skills
