Boulo Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing commercial and residential playground, and ecommerce equipment dealer. We are looking for an experienced remote customer service representative to staff our email, chat, and phone lines to answer product questions, respond to sales leads, and respond to customer needs. Our customers range from parents needing advice about swing sets to business owners looking for technical answers before making capital investments.
Identifying and logging trends in requests and issues will help us as we continue to better communicate through our website and digital content.
In this role, you will handle traditional inbound support (phone, email, chat) and proactively reach out to customers who have requested quotes to help them move their projects forward.

- Schedule:
8am–5pm CST or 9-6
CST, Monday–Friday. MST is an option also. - Location:
Birmingham, AL area preferred - Environment: A quiet, professional home office space is required for phone calls.
- Pay: $16–17/hour based on experience, plus eligibility for Quarterly team bonuses.
