Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Remote Vacation Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and organizing travel details to create smooth and enjoyable vacation experiences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong organizational skills, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while supporting clients throughout the travel planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with planning personalized travel itineraries based on their preferences and budget
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking platforms
  • Compare options and coordinate reservations to ensure the best travel experience for clients
  • Provide clear travel information and thoughtful recommendations
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
  • Manage itinerary updates, booking adjustments, and service‑related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and reservation documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
