Role OverviewJob Duck is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing family law clients. In this role, you will manage intake calls, collect and organize client information, and ensure follow-ups and next steps are completed accurately and on time. Your work will directly support client trust, retention, and overall case readiness by balancing empathy with precision.
This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently in English, enjoys structured work, and can navigate sales‑style conversations with professionalism and care. If you are detail‑oriented, reliable, and motivated by helping others during important moments, this role offers meaningful daily impact.
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:- Assisting with retainer replenishment tracking
- Supporting overall client experience through clear and professional communication
- Ensuring tasks, documentation, and next steps are completed promptly
- Accurately entering and maintaining intake information
- Managing and monitoring client invoices and supporting billing activities
- Conducting intake calls with prospective clients
- Maintaining consistent follow‑ups with prospective and existing clients
- At least one to two years of experience in similar roles
- High volume of intake and follow‑up calls expected at a moderate level
- Experience supporting family law or client‑facing legal environments is preferred
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment
- Monthly compensation starting from 1150 USD to 1220 USD
