DELIVAST, a 5-year old South Africa-based In-House Online Ordering and Food Delivery company, powers website online orders and food delivery for more than 200 restaurants in Cape Town, Joburg, Knysna, George, East London, PE, Knysna and Stellenbosch. We are looking for a hardworking, friendly and customer-service oriented Customer Service Representative. THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE PAID ON AN HOURLY BASIS.

Responsibilities for the successful candidateA Customer Service Representative atDELIVASTassists customers with inquiries about orders, payments, and deliveries while resolving issues such as late deliveries, incorrect items, or payment errors. They coordinate with drivers and partner restaurants to ensure smooth service, record interactions in call centre systems, and follow company policies. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting performance targets, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
