In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and booking incredible travel experiences from relaxing beach escapes and cruises to exciting international adventures. Whether you're experienced in travel or simply passionate about exploring the world, we provide the training, tools, and mentorship needed to help you succeed.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets
• Plan and book domestic and international vacations including cruises, resorts, tours, and packages
• Build long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
• Research destinations and recommend travel experiences tailored to each client
• Prepare travel documents, confirmations, and invoices
• Recommend additional services and upgrades to enhance the overall trip experience
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple websites or booking systems
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Customer‑focused with the ability to build relationships
