• Provide inbound order and payment process support to customers for direct accounts
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to vaccine orders and shipments
• Maintain knowledge of terms and conditions and respond to customer pricing inquiries
• Assist customers with enrollment processes for commercial offers and direct purchase accounts
• Log customer interactions and utilize issue tracking systems for documentation

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or telephone environment
• Experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong customer focus

• Associate’s or BA/BS degree
• Experience with business-to-business customer account support
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
