Remote from anywhere in Greece ( must relocate and reside in Greece )
Salary Package:
€1,100/month + €100 transport bonus + performance bonus up to 15%
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Rotational shifts 08:00–21:00
Training start date: 29 April 2026
Relocation Support
Relocation Support: Flight + hotel + agency fees OR €250 allowance + agency support
Responsibilities
Assist customers with shipments, tracking, and delivery inquiries
Support billing, invoices, and claims requests
Provide top-quality service via phone and email
Ensure KPI targets are met and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Italian C1
English B2
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
