DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern currently enrolled in a degree program to support our customer success efforts. This internship offers hands‑on experience building and maintaining relationships with our Shopify app users and project clients. You'll proactively engage with customers, offer assistance, gather feedback, and support new project onboarding. If you’re a strong communicator interested in gaining valuable experience in customer success, we'd love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:- Engage with new app users after they download our Shopify apps, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize their experience with our products and services.
- Support follow-up with potential project clients by guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing questions.
- Collect and track customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report insights and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- Currently enrolled as an active student in an accredited college or university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Located near Seattle, WA, is a plus for occasional in-person meetings.
- Interest or coursework in business, marketing, software development, or related fields.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or Shopify.
