Role Overview
  • Provide customer service support via phone
  • Resolve inquiries using established processes
  • Document interactions accurately
  • Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production

What You’ll Do:

  • Take inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Help customers resolve basic questions and issues
  • Input data into client systems with accuracy
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work towards metrics that can lead to fast‑track promotions
Requirements What You Should Know Before Applying
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
  • Certification attendance is mandatory
  • Startup and equipment requirements apply
  • Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal
Technical & Workspace Requirements
  • Quiet, distraction‑free home workspace
  • Wired high‑speed internet
  • Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
  • USB headset and wired internet required prior to start

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably call center related
  • Moderate level of computer knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active phone line (mobile or landline)
  • Mobile device capable of downloading applications
