Position: Seller Support Associate (TR&EN), Seller SP-Support

Position Overview

This position is only available to candidates who hold a valid PWD  issued by the Ministry of Health.

Shift Requirements

Rotating shifts including Sunday - Saturday, ranging from 7 AM to 10 PM depending on role.

Work Location

This is a home based role. Permanently working from home from any province in Turkey. It is mandatory to live or be willing to relocate to Turkey.

Language Requirements

English & Turkish.

Job Summary

In Selling Partner Support, we help third party Sellers & Vendors sell their products through Amazon’s marketplace platform. We interact with Sellers and Vendors from across the world via phone, email and chat in a contact center environment. Our Associates serve as the first contact point and we strive for the perfect customer interaction at every opportunity.

Our Associates must regularly multi-task, use diverse software tools, navigate various Selling Partner Accounts, research policies and provide effective solutions. The successful candidate will have a commitment to customer service, strong customer focus, and a keen interest in process improvement.

We will join one of our home-based teams and collaborate remotely via video, sharing the Amazon culture and engagement activities.

The team’s schedule is organized in shifts and weekends to accommodate Amazon’s opening hours 7 days a week. Shifts are not confirmed prior to training; flexibility is required. Time off and holidays are not allowed during the training period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Amazon's Selling Partners to solve incoming issues via Phone, Email, and Chat.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Exemplify Amazon’s Leadership Principle for Customer Obsession by consistently displaying genuine empathy and passion.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Achieve various productivity and quality targets and metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Document all Selling Partner interactions according to standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and provide product guidance and support to all Amazon sellers and vendors.
  • Attend regular training sessions and learn product details and key selling points.
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as directed by management.

Basic Qualifications
  • Fluent Turkish and English.
  • Military exemption completed or postponement for 2 years.
  • Preferred experience within a customer service environment.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns including weekends.

    Experience with Windows and Office Suites (Word, Outlook).
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel) and ease with communication tools.

    Conditions:

    Valid PWD  (certificate of proof of disability). For motor abilities a work-fitting assessment result will be requested.
