Location: Hybrid working - At least one day a week at our Radar Road Contact Centre, Leicester, LE3 1UF

The role:

In this role, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while working closely with internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Hebrew speaker who enjoys problem-solving, delivering high-quality service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll take on:
  • Providing professional customer support in Hebrew and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with enquiries, orders, and account issues
  • Translating and clarifying information where required
  • Building strong relationships customers
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in internal systems
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role (preferred)
