• Answering incoming calls and handling customer and business partner enquiries in German, French, Italian and English
• Receiving and handling customer complaints and enquiries relating to credit, prepaid and debit cards
• Ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution to customer enquiries to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensuring that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
• Proactively seeking solutions to customer complaints and escalating complex cases to the relevant department
• Identifying sales opportunities (sales and upselling) during customer interactions

• Commercial or tourism training
• Experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of Office software/PC use
• Good communication skills
• Languages:
  
  Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
• As you will be the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are required: courtesy, empathy, customer focus and ability to work in a team
