The Customer Service Representative (Remote) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. You will interact with customers via phone, email, live chat, and support tickets, while collaborating with internal teams to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, and accounts
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication style
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and quality metrics
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Follow company policies, workflows, and customer service best practices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Product teams
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or contact center roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, help desk software, and communication tools
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Experience in remote customer service or work-from-home roles
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or Intercom
- Experience supporting customers in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or technology industries
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
- Experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs
