• Provide telephone support to external customers regarding specialized restaurant equipment
• Track customer communication and update information in the employer's CRM software
• Assess customer needs and deliver appropriate methods of support and communication
• Offer troubleshooting assistance over the phone using provided documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training in hands‑on equipment repair and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bi-lingual speaking preferred (Spanish/English)
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in a customer service role within the food service industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center operations
• Ability to handle technical inquiries related to restaurant equipment
• Skills in cross-training and adapting to various functions within the call center
• Previous experience in a role requiring troubleshooting and problem-solving
