• Provide exceptional member service experiences in an inbound call center setting
• Troubleshoot and support decision-making for members regarding their financial well‑being
• Ensure quick and accurate resolutions for inquiries from members and prospective members
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction

• High School Diploma or equivalent mix of education and experience
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Minimum of six months experience as a Member Care Representative 1 or in a Digital Services role
• Experience with technical support or troubleshooting online and mobile banking issues is a plus
• Call Center or Banking experience is advantageous

• Experience in customer service within a financial or banking context
• Additional training related to call center operations or digital services
