[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $24.63-hr / 10:00am-6:30pm CST M-F - As a Customer Care Rep, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients using our customer management system;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of client issues;
Identify and escalate complex or urgent cases to the appropriate team member;
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide solutions to any ongoing concerns;
Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and processes to better assist clients;
