What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives, creating strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs
  • Manage the entire customer journey, focusing on client retention and expansion

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Fluent written and spoken English with well‑structured communication skills
