Work From Home – Customer Service Rep (Contract to Hire)

Join one of the world’s largest hotel call centers in Arizona! This is a permanent work‑from‑home opportunity. You must live in Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
• Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
• Handle all general questions or inquiries.

• All equipment is provided by the client. You just need high‑speed internet; the client gives $50 monthly towards internet.

• $17.00 per hour, $18.70 per hour for hours after 6 pm.
• Can earn $200‑400 extra per month for hitting goals.

• Must be able to work any 8‑hour shift Mon‑Sun within one of the following shift ranges:
  • AM Shift – 4:00 am – 4:30 pm (8 hours)
  • MID Shift – 8:30 am – 8:30 pm (8 hours)
  • PM Shift – 12:30 pm – midnight (8 hours)
• Will work both weekend days and have consecutive days off during the week.

Contract to hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. This is a fully remote position.
