Virtual Guest Experience Coordinator

• Coordinate and confirm reservations through approved booking platforms

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging tools
• Manage itinerary changes, booking updates, and service-related questions
• Keep organized client records and reservation documentation
