Remote Onboarding Specialist

A rapidly growing property technology firm in the UK is seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for law firms and lenders onto the PEXA Platform. You will build professional relationships to enhance customer experience, manage onboarding procedures, and assist customers with their first transactions. Ideal candidates will have prior customer support experience in a law firm, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning.

This role requires flexibility to travel across the UK and work from home.
