• Assist the Dispatch Manager by reviewing and confirming data before providing it to end users
• Guide field technicians, national installers, and customers through installations and troubleshooting of LPR systems
• Provide real-time information via telephone while maintaining strong customer service
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to frequently changing priorities
• Ensure a reliable internet connection and maintain a workspace with minimal distractions

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience
• Experience in telephone work and providing real-time information
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient in using computers, keyboards, mice, and multiple monitors

• 1+ year experience in a remote office environment
• Familiarity with working software and hardware systems
