• Assist the Dispatch Manager by reviewing and confirming data for end users
• Provide real‑time information over the phone to field techs, national installers, and customers
• Guide clients through the installation and troubleshooting of LPR systems
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and workspace with minimal distractions
• Work the designated daytime shift from Wednesday to Saturday

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with data entry and telephone work
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficient with computer systems, including keyboard and mouse skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry
• 1+ years of experience in a remote office environment
