• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Open availability for scheduling
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience with customer service in a remote setting
• Familiarity with various customer service software or tools
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
