The Role:This position is 100% remote. As a Coordinator, you act as the "concierge" for professional accounts, managing high-level service requests and complex destination logistics. This is a role for a detail-oriented strategist who understands that luxury is in the details.
Daily Responsibilities:- Act as the dedicated architect for luxury destination and client service accounts.
- Facilitate seamless vendor-to-client communication to ensure itinerary precision.
- Proactively audit and enhance client journeys to exceed industry standards.
- Execute high-volume coordination tasks with professional poise.
- Administrative & Executive Support: High-level EAs or Project Coordinators who are masters of "making things happen" behind the scenes.
- Hospitality & Tourism: Former hotel managers or concierge staff ready for a high-level corporate remote transition.
- Client Relations: Professionals who have managed VIP accounts and handled high-stakes escalations.
- The Detail Maven: You believe a "small" mistake is a big deal and double-check every terminal and reservation.
- The Problem Solver: You provide solutions before the client even realizes a conflict exists.
- The Disciplined Professional: You thrive in a home-office environment without needing a supervisor.
Structure: We utilize a professional service-fee model. This performance-based structure allows our coordinators to earn based on their individual efficiency and the volume of successful service deliveries.
Remote Workflow: This role is designed for a remote setup. While we are hiring from the Dallas market to maintain regional alignment, the daily operations are performed from your professional home office or anywhere you choose, as long as you have a device and wi-fi services.
