• Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while de‑escalating issues
• Track call‑related information for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required
• Assist in processing payments and escalating issues as necessary

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Hold an active license for Vet Tech through VTNE

• Customer service and/or sales experience
• College degree preferred but not required
