Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Client Relationship Manager
To complement our team in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Lifestyle Manager in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

Overview of responsibilities- Advise our premium customers on the phone and by email in Arabic and English.
- Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips, including restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing, etc.
- Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
- Prepare tailor‑made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing.
- Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities.
- You have excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework).
- You have completed a tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
- You have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service.
- You have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
- You have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
- You are service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- You have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.
- You have excellent communication skills.

- You are available on a full‑time basis (40hrs per week).
- Located in United Kingdom.
- Employees who live within a commutable distance of the office have the option to work in a hybrid model – at least three days per week in the office.

- Minimum internet speeds must be met for remote/hybrid work; this will be verified during the recruitment process and again upon joining.
