Client Care Consultant

We are hiring compassionate, service-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations.

Clients request information about available benefit programs, and you will reach out to schedule and conduct virtual consultations.

There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or unsolicited prospecting.

• Contact individuals who have requested benefit information to schedule virtual consultations
• Meet with clients via Zoom to review available supplemental benefit options
• Guide veterans and families through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
• Participate in team coaching sessions and professional development calls

• Fully remote work environment within the United States
