Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls related to energy efficiency programs and services
  • Provide support for multiple programs, including customer enrollment, scheduling visits, and technical inquiries
  • Navigate various support scripts and assist customers through chat and email interactions
  • Monitor personal performance data and progress in real‑time
  • Maintain a dedicated work environment during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Positive and proactive attitude, exemplified by a “How can I help you?” approach
