Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.

You will also provide updates and assistance when itinerary adjustments or documentation needs arise before, during, or after travel. This position emphasizes service quality, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
