Remote Luxury Travel Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Luxury Travel Client Experience Specialist to assist clients with coordinating travel plans and ensuring each trip is prepared accurately and efficiently. This role focuses on research, communication, and organization to deliver dependable planning support and maintain strong client relationships.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.

You will also provide updates and assistance when itinerary adjustments or documentation needs arise before, during, or after travel. This position emphasizes service quality, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
