Customer Service Representative- HYBRID

TEKsystems  is hiring a  Customer Service Representative  to assist a client of ours in the  Shelton, CT  area.

This position would offer a HYBRID schedule.

This position is a terrific opportunity to get your foot in the door and has upward career mobility. Also, this position would look to interview and start right away.

Qualifications

-  Previous  RECENT  call center or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)

- CRM Experience is a plus

-Office 365 Suite

- Attention to detail/Ability to know when to ask for help

Job Description

-Conveying critical information via Zendesk (tickets/email) on a daily basis with our customers and sales team.

-Coordinate between all internal departments- marketing, operations, sales, logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience

-Accurately process purchase orders from distributors (both data entry & oversight of automated order processing via Esker)

-Enforce order-related policies including pricing discrepancies

Hours

8:00am- 4:30pm Monday
- Friday- 2 days in office (Tues/Weds), 3 days work from home

Pay

$18-20/hr. (based off experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
