Keynote Business Solutions is immediately seeking Full-Time REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join our Team.

The successful REMOTE Customer Service Representative is passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences for our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and product-related questions efficiently and with empathy.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide customers with detailed product information, helping them make informed decisions.
• Maintain a positive and friendly tone, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
• Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues or elevate when necessary.
