• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries
• Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and policies
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines
