As a Travel Client Success Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up. Work may require availability during Mountain Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and policies.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
