Are you looking for a flexible, work from home opportunity? Our Contact Centre is hiring remote Insurance Brokers!

Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times

Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers

Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs

Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions

Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews

Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities

The value you bring

Level 2 Insurance License required or must acquire if Level 1 licensed, employer paid and supported.

2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, call centre experience an asset

Excellent phone etiquette and rapport building skills

Comfort navigating computer applications and retrieving customer data

Location:

Remote in British Columbia

Hours:

Full Time – 37.5 hours/week during Care Centre operating hours

Mon-Friday 7am-7pm PST

Saturdays 9am-5pm PST

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
