Lead Generation (CSR team)

Remote - M-F | $17/ hr

(Cannot reside in CA, OR, WA, or Texas)

• Monthly WFH Stipend

• Have experience in appointment setting, retention, or lead generation
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Handling high volumes of incoming calls from an auto dialer
• Responding to customer online inquiries regarding application
• Work alongside insurance agents to help generate leads
• Ask a series of questions regarding application online to verify information

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr.
